Rules and Regulations

1. Membership Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals and organizations that support the core objectives of SESR Foundation.
2. Code of Conduct: Members must conduct themselves with integrity and respect, upholding the reputation and values of SESR Foundation.
3. Participation: Members are encouraged to actively participate in events, initiatives, and meetings organized by SESR Foundation.
4. Compliance: Members must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines issued by SESR Foundation.
5. Non-Discrimination: SESR Foundation promotes inclusivity and diversity. Discrimination of any kind is strictly prohibited.
6. Confidentiality: Members must respect the confidentiality of sensitive information related to SESR Foundation and its activities.
7. Conflict of Interest: Members should avoid conflicts of interest and disclose any potential conflicts to the Foundation’s management.
8. Fees and Donations: Members are expected to contribute fees or donations as agreed upon joining and during their membership.
9. Termination: Membership may be terminated for violating the rules, non-compliance, or any actions detrimental to the Foundation’s objectives.
10. Feedback and Grievances: Members can provide feedback and raise grievances through the official communication channels of SESR Foundation.

Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance: By becoming a member, you agree to the Rules and Regulations and these Terms and Conditions.
2. Objective Alignment: Membership is granted based on alignment with SESR Foundation’s core objectives: Healthcare, Social & Economic Sustainable Reforms, Sports, Environment Sustainability, Awareness, Health Camps, and Entrepreneurship Development.
3. Use of Funds: Donations and fees will be used exclusively for the Foundation’s initiatives and administrative costs.
4. Member Benefits: Members will receive regular updates, newsletters, and opportunities to participate in exclusive events and programs.
5. Data Protection: SESR Foundation will handle member data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and privacy policies.
6. Communication: Members will receive communications from SESR Foundation via email, newsletters, and other official channels.
7. Amendments: SESR Foundation reserves the right to amend these Rules and Regulations and Terms and Conditions. Members will be notified of any changes.
8. Governing Law: Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
